The HypnoBirthing® course consists of 12.5 hours tuition for both the mother and her birth companion. They can be run in a small group or on a one-to-one basis. They are suitable at almost any stage of pregnancy. It is never too early or late to start.

One-to-One classes:
This type of class is ideal if you require more flexibility (ie day, times, evenings etc). They also allow us to tailor the classes to suit you, to carefully track each couple’s progress, and to look at any issues which you feel are important. Available in central Lewes and

Sharing One-to-Ones with a friend: If you’d like to share your classes with a friend we are happy to offer a 10% discount (total saving of £30 per couple). All you need to do is to forward the forms we will send you on to your friend, which she can then fill in and return to us independently.
Home Visits: We can come to you so you can enjoy the course in the comfort of your own home.
