Rue Asher BA (Hons) Dip THP (N-SHAP) MCRAH
Rue has been a qualified Hypnotherapist for 15 years, originally training as a Hypno-Psychotherapist at the National School of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, using a combination of the Eriksonian model of hypnosis- an advanced form of traditional hypnotherapy, NLP and Brief Strategic Therapy.
She gained her Advanced Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma in 1997 becoming a member of the Central Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists (CRAH)- a training body affiliated to the institute for Complementary Medicine (British Register of Complementary Practitioners), Member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and member of the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA).
Having worked with a wide range of conditions over the last 15 years, including behavioral modification, emotional disorders, motivational coaching, and in the charity sector, within the prison service as a Stress Management Therapist at H.M.P. Coldingley Prison, she now specialises as a HypnoBirthing Practitioner having gained her certification in 2005 and using hypnosis for the cessation of smoking (details about her Stop Smoking Sessions can be found at: www.stopsmokingsussex.co.uk).
She currently teaches HypnoBirthing group workshops and offers classes on a one-to-one basis for couples from her home in Lewes.
Sue Littleford BSc DHypPsych

Sue gained her Diploma in Brief Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in 2004 with Uncommon Knowledge Ltd at Brighton University, and became a qualified HypnoBirthing and HypnoFertility Practioner in 2005.
Sue has spent a number of years running workshops nationwide for dentists teaching relaxation techniques for themselves and their patients. She has also worked internationally in her role as Faciliator for the United Nations, enabling staff to improve their working relationships and also works with Carers helping them to manage stress and identify inner resources. Sue also runs a varied hypnotherapy practice, seeing clients with a diverse range of conditions including depression, confidence building, driving anxiety, food disorders, and panic attacks.
